Privacy policy

What we collect

• From the quote request form: your first name, mobile number, email address, property ZIP code and area, job type, property type, timeline, number of bedrooms, existing system age, whether you are a decision maker for the property, and your project details.
• From the contact form: your name, email address, the type of request and your message.
• About the request: the time it was sent, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed, and a record of your consent to be contacted (the wording version, the time and the page).
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count page views and form use. It uses cookies and collects information about your device and visit. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or project details to Google Analytics.

We do not use call tracking or record calls.

Why we collect it

To check your request, decide whether it fits our service area, reply to you, and introduce you to one matched installer. Analytics helps us see which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

• One matched installer. If your quote request fits, we share your request details with one matched licensed local installer, for that request only.
• Service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting and form processing) and Google (storage of requests in Google Sheets, email notifications and Google Analytics).

How long we keep it

We keep request records for 24 months from the date they are received, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use the contact form and choose "Privacy request". We reply by email within one business day.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
